Are you ready for summer in Amsterdam? The city has a great number of festivals planned this year at the Amsterdamse Bos. We know you love music so we listed three of the best music events for you: Live at Amsterdamse Bos, Vunzige Deuntjes festival and Dekmantel festival. And yes, coffeeshop the Border is open all summer.

You can find our coffeeshop on the edge of the Amsterdamse Bos, on the Amstelveenseweg 1160. We are open every day from 8.00 AM until 01.00 AM.

Live at Amsterdamse Bos

The Amsterdam Bostheater, an intimate amphitheater, has become pretty famous in Amsterdam. At this special place in the Amsterdamse Bos, a series of open-air concerts will take place during the summer. Cozy, romantic and 100% Amsterdam. The first concerts already started in May, but don’t worry. Live at Amsterdamse Bos has concerts planned until September. Some of the artists that will enter the stage are De Dijk (NL), Band of Horses (US) and the British trip-hop pioneers Morcheeba (UK). Make sure to get your tickets before the concerts sell out.

Vunzige deuntjes festival

This year, after a completely sold out festival in 2018, the Vunzige Deuntjes festival will return to our backyard. When? On Saturday, July 20. Tickets are still available, so make sure we see you there. Ronnie Flex & Deuxperience, Broederliefde, Tabitha and Freddy Moreira, among others, will perform. Don’t forget to bring your dancing shoes.

Dekmantel festival

In the mood for some serious beats? From August 2-4 you can visit Dekmantel festival at the Amsterdamse Bos. With a line-up that knocks your socks off! Ben UFO & Blawan, John Talabot, Marcel Dettmann, Motor City Drum Ensemble are just some of the great artists on the line-up. For those who still have energy left after a day of dancing in the open-air, various afterparties will be organized in the city. Or you can drop by our coffeeshop. We are open until 01.00 AM.
